Oswego Industries has been cleaning Harbour House Condominiums for three years. We have found them reliable, trustworthy, and friendly.  Any task requested of them is done in a timely manner.  The crew tries its best.  We have been satisfied with the work the crew has done here.

I would like to recommend Oswego Industries cleaning services.  Fulton Tool is a fully operational CNC precision machining service located in a 32,000sf building for which Oswego Industries provides weekly cleaning services.  Cleaning an industrial facility that includes multiple restrooms, break room and kitchen can be challenging.  We have engaged other cleaning services in the past and have been disappointed.  Oswego Industries has performed above and beyond meeting our every expectation.  We have found them to be thorough and responsive to our needs and requests.  We expect to continue our relationship with them into the future.

Over the last three years, I have performed supervision over the James M. Hanley Federal Building and US Courthouse janitorial services contract performed by Oswego Industries Inc.  Under this contract, Oswego Industries is responsible for nearly  276,000sf of interior commercial space, daycare, concessions, common areas and an entire city block of exterior landscape.

While working as the primary contractor for janitorial services, the staff of Oswego Industries has continuously demonstrated the ability to provide exemplary service day-in and day-out. This dedication has not only exceeded contractual expectations but has contributed to a more pleasant environment for all patrons.

In short, I can attest that the overall performance of Oswego Industries throughout this contract period has been admirable. On-site personnel have attained and continue to maintain exceptional relationships with building tenant agencies through their professionalism and attention to detail. This focus on customer service is and mission accomplishment was extremely beneficia over the last two and half years as we navigated the requirements In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ultimately providing a safe and clean building for tenant agency employees and public alike.

I am writing this letter of recommendation Oswego Industries custodial services. They have worked meticulously to maintain our facilities at our Hughes building for several years.  The quality of work and attention to detail is excellent.  The mobile crew is always courteous and professional.

As a seniors’ facility, it might not seem like much , but we having a facility well taken care of let our Seniors know we care.  The custodians care about how the building is presented to the people served and its visitors.  It is important that is clean and organized not only for a pleasant and clean space but for their safety too.
