Allen Connely-President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Allen Connely provides direct oversight of Oswego Industries and its sister agency, the Arc of Oswego County; Connely is also the CEO for Mozaic, a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Cayuga, Seneca, Tompkins, and Yates Counties

Connely serves as the Chair of the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers (NCSE) and is a SourceAmerica board member. He also serves as Treasurer for New York Industries for the Disabled (NYSID), as a Board member for Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, as the CEO is a board member of Yates Transit Service, and is a Board member and Treasurer of Collaborative of NY Holdings, LLC.

Previously, Connely served as the Executive Vice President of Keystone Independence Management. Allen possesses extensive leadership experience in developmental disabilities services and business operations. In his free time, Allen enjoys reading and playing golf.

Lisa Guernsey-Director of Operations

Lisa Guernsey, Director of Operations, has spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles.

Before joining Oswego Industries, Guernsey devoted over 30 years to a commercial manufacturing career in Syracuse, followed by three years in Puerto Rico. She transitioned to Seneca Cayuga Industries, now Finger Lakes Textiles, under Mozaic, serving as General Manager and later as Director of Operations.

Guernsey believes that Oswego Industries, growth equates to more job opportunities within an inclusive work environment, offering flexible schedules and tailored roles to accommodate diverse abilities. Supporting Non-Profit Agency’s (NPA’s) provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with income and purpose.

Guernsey welcomes the chance to contribute to her lifelong community, fulfilling work she’s passionate about.

Pamela Shelton – Human Resources Manager

Pam became the Human Resources Manager in November 2023. She brings over 20 years of HR experience, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits.

Before joining Oswego Industries, Pam worked in various facets of HR within different companies in the Syracuse area. She brings a wealth of knowledge from employers in the non-profit, owner-operator, and corporate sectors. Not all of her experiences have been in HR; she has also worked in Records Management, Corporate Compliance, and heavy construction.

Pam loves spending time with her family and friends, and especially enjoys her time with her grandson.

Michael Weaver-Finance Manager

Michael Weaver oversees all financial aspects for Oswego Industries and the ARC of Oswego; Weaver brings over 30 years of accounting experience working in the non-profit business sector.

Weaver was an Eagle Scout, past Student Government President of SUNY Morrisville, and currently serves as the President of Carley Mills Cemetery Association. 

Previously, Weaver worked as an accountant for the Upper New York Conference of the United Methodist Conference for 13 years.  Weaver has extensive knowledge of business and finance management skills.  Weaver enjoys time with his family, sports, and community events.
