Laurie Davis-CEO/Executive Director
CEO/Executive Director Laurie Davis has been an Oswego Industries employee for over 25 years. Davis has vast experience in fiscal management, including federal and state contracting, as well as financial reporting for developmental disabilities service providers through the Consolidated Fiscal Report. Davis brings a wealth of experience to her role, not only as a long-term employee but as an agency leader as she served as the agency’s director of finance prior to her appointment as executive director in January 2016.
Darcy Antonucci– Senior Director of Administration
Senior Director of Administration Darcy Antonucci oversees the agency’s administrative department including finance, human resources, information technology, public relations, and fund development. Antonucci began with the agency in 2013 and brings over 10 years of high-level experience in human resources, payroll, and benefits administration for the hospitality industry.
Lee Sullivan-Director of Services
Director of Services Lee Sullivan oversees the agency’s day habilitation and vocational programs. Sullivan brings over 20 years of experience working with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the Office of Mental Health (OMH) to the agency.
Igor Kasovski-Director of Operations
Director of Operations Igor Kasovski is responsible for all manufacturing and contracting related to the vocational operations of the agency. Kasovski has been with the agency since 2014 and brings with him a diverse background and a high level of technical experience in the field of document imaging and scanning operations. Kasovsi also has significant experience in developing and implementing quality systems and standards for operations.
Eric Morris-Director of Human Resources
Director of Human Resources Eric Morris began his career with Oswego Industries as the manager of human resources. Morris was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2022. As the Director of Human Resources Morris plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff for both The Arc of Oswego County and Oswego Industries Inc.
