we are…
Oswego Industries, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit Community Rehabilitation
Program. It has been providing programs and services to adults with
disabilities since 1968. Our mission is to be a partner in the development
of comprehensive community services designed to improve
the quality of life for all people, with the primary emphasis on
those with disabilities, by providing the necessary support programs
to enable individuals to grow with dignity and achieve their highest
level of independence and self fulfillment.
To fulfill this mission Oswego Industries, Inc. currently provides

- Pre-Vocational and Vocational
Habilitation Services - Includes vocational assessment;
training to prepare an individual for employment; paid work experience.
- Enhanced Day Habilitation
- A highly specialized service designed to meet the medical, social
and adaptive skills needs and desires of those who are severely
and profoundly multiply disabled.
- L.I.F.E. Day Habilitation
- A community-based service designed to teach skills for independence,
promote community inclusion, and enhance consumer choice and interests.
- Therapy Services
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy services designed
to enable people to fully participate in work, leisure and social
activities.
- Assistive
Technology/Engineering - A service designed to promote
greater independence and improve a consumer's overall quality
of life through the use of assistive devices and technologies.
- Career Employment Services
- A supported
employment service designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities
who desire community-based employment.
- Medicaid Service Coordination
- Medicaid Service Coordination assists individuals
with disabilities and their families to obtain necessary services
and supports which will lead to successful lives in the community.
