Jason Krause’s career spans more than twenty years, defined by his craftsmanship, commitment, and strong connection to his workplace community. After an earlier tenure, he stepped away for a time—but returned just over two years ago. Since then, he has quickly reestablished himself as an essential member of the team, recognized not only for his technical skills but also for his warm and welcoming presence.
Whether he’s crafting belts, bags, shirts, or winter hats, Jason brings pride and purpose to everything he does. But what truly defines his experience isn’t just the products—it’s the people.
“I do a lot of things,” Jason says with a smile. “Belts, bags, shirts, hats. I help people, I train people, I even open the doors when the bus comes.”
Jason’s work is more than just a job—it’s a community. He’s known for helping new faces feel at home, showing them how to use machines, sew materials, and navigate the workspace. His enthusiasm for new technology and his willingness to learn and teach make him a natural leader.
“I like my new family—my second family at the workshop.”
— Jason Krause
Outside of work, Jason enjoys golfing and socializing. He’s proud of his achievements, including a hole-in-one and participating in a golf league. His passion for helping others extends beyond the workshop—he’s trained in CPR and sign language, ready to assist anyone in need.
When asked what he’d tell someone interested in working there, Jason’s advice is simple: “Put a job application in. I’ll show them the ropes.”
Jason Krause is more than an employee—he’s a mentor, a friend, and a symbol of dedication. His story reminds us that workplaces thrive not just on productivity, but on people who care.
