Real Stories. Real Impact. Real Work.

The AbilityOne Program is one of the largest sources of employment for people who are blind or have significant disabilities. By supplying high-quality products and services to federal agencies across the country, this program creates meaningful, community-based employment opportunities—and we’re proud to be a part of it.

Here at Oswego Industries, Inc., we believe in the dignity of work. Through AbilityOne, individuals like Jason Krause, Keri Acome, Kendrick Whelsky, Wesley (Earl) Rice, Leah Green, and Sarah Terry have gained more than just a paycheck. They’ve gained confidence, purpose, friendships, and opportunities to contribute to something bigger.

They are supported every day by a dedicated leadership team, including Director of Business Operations & Services Kenny Hancharik, Site Supervisor at the James Hanley Federal Building Joe Murphy, and Team Lead at MEPS Alexis Guernsey.
