AbilityOne Impact: Oswego Industries received a $20,000 grant to boost social media and marketing efforts, showcasing inclusive employment.
Community Engagement: Staff and participants enjoyed outings to the New York State Fair, Rosamond Gifford Zoo, and Behling Orchards, promoting connection and independence.
Grants & Support: Recent funding includes $5,000 for Strong Families Strong Communities and $1,000 for staff advancement.
Leadership & Advocacy: Mayor Corradino and SourceAmerica representatives visited our facility, reinforcing support for inclusive workforce development.

We welcomed Senator Ryan for a behind-the-scenes tour of our Day Habilitation, LIFE program, and the cutting-edge Virtual Reality Career Exploration initiative!

We Matter Rally – Standing for DSPs!
Over 30 individuals and staff from OI and The Arc joined 300+ advocates at the #InvestInUs Rally at the NYS Fairgrounds to demand better pay and support for Direct Support Professionals.

Special Olympics Shoutout!
Oswego Industries represented with pride at the Special Olympics—cheering on and celebrating the accomplishments of our amazing athletes.

Workforce Connections Grow
